Ross Oluyede, the Acting Managing Director/CEO of The Infrastructure Bank Plc, is an Economic Development Specialist and Infrastructure Financing Practitioner. He assumed the position in November 2018. He was admitted into the Honours Roll of the University of Jos with a B.Sc Degree in Economics, (1996), and also holds a Postgraduate Degree in Risk Management and Control from the Instituto Studi Direzional (ISTUD) Stresa, Italy (2003).

Following his mandatory one-year postgraduate service at the Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research in 1997, he began his professional career at the Advisory Group (Asset Management), Milan Italy (1999) as a Portfolio Manager/Financial Analyst, a position he held till 2002 when he joined the services of General Electric European Equipment Finance as Manager, Asset Management Operations. In October 2005, he joined the services of the KPMG Professional Services, as a Senior Associate (Corporate Finance), and rose to the rank of Senior Manager, Corporate Finance/Financial Advisory Services. During this period, he impacted significantly on the success of KPMG and contributed meaningfully to the efforts of the management.

In October 2014, he was appointed by The Infrastructure Bank Plc as Vice President, in-charge of Power & Renewable Energy. In June 2018, he was made the Ag. Head Project Finance & Advisory Services, a position he briefly held until November 2018 when he was appointed as the Ag. Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. In June 2019 he was confirmed as the Executive Director, Projects Finance and Advisory Services/Ag.Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, the position he occupies till date.

He has attended several courses in various fields of management, banking, finance, and risk management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria, Honorary Senior Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

He is happily married to his adorable wife, and they are blessed with wonderful children.
